Customs was Crazy!

Making indian Bread. He would put the dough on the sides of the oven and pulli t off once it was cooked. It stuck to the sides until I was done!

These are marigolds. We saw them strung like this often. I'm not sure what they did with them when they got to where they were going.

The big trucks drive down the middle of the road. You just get to get out of their way.

The rabbits the children wouldn't eat but kept as pets. As eye patients left to go home some of the rabbits disappeared.

We slept in a hallway of the chapel that the children worshiped in. Our beds had mosquito nets on them.
This is the anesthesiologist who came. She would just lay people on a mat right in front of the building and do her job.

The rooftop we ate at. This was an older orphan who had been asked to help prepare our food. Everything was fried in thick batter. We ate at the long tables in the back of the picture.
